At AI TALIM, we are committed to delivering high-quality, Islamic-values-aligned learning experiences. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review the following refund terms.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Online Courses

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, if no more than 20% of the course has been completed.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)

Due to the nature of these items, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Workshops or Live Sessions

Refunds can be requested at least 48 hours before the event.

No refunds after the session has started or ended.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Completion of more than 20% of any course.

For downloaded digital products (e.g., PDFs, eBooks).

Refund request is made after the eligible time window.

Violation of Terms of Use, such as misuse or unauthorized access.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Your name, purchase reference, and reason for refund.

Optionally, message us via our Facebook Page Messenger.

Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days.

If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (transaction charges may apply).

5. Special Circumstances

In rare cases like:

Technical glitches

Duplicate payments

Unauthorized transactions

Please contact us immediately. We will handle the issue on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing fairness and Islamic ethics.
